We are thrilled to welcome you to the The Wellness Center in Nashville, TN. This fitness center is exclusive to the tenants of Symphony Place.

All programs are powered by Kinema Fitness.

The Wellness Center has partnered with Kinema Fitness to operate the on-site fitness center and to provide an array of creative wellness programs. The fitness center offers a full-service locker room, group fitness, recovery amenities, and state-of-the-art fitness equipment.

We look forward to beginning this journey with you.

Group Fitness

Kinema Fitness provides dynamic group fitness classes taught by elite fitness instructors! All classes are included. Classes are a mix of high intensity and low intensity, including Yoga, core training, and bootcamp.

Recovery & Wellness

We invite you to unwind and relax. We offer recovery amenities including cold plunge, sauna, and offer various other holistic services to address mindfulness and stress management.

Recreational Amenities

The Wellness Center offers additional recreation and wellness amenities including an outdoor pickleball court, a half court basketball area, a golf simulator, and an outdoor track to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air!
